The U.S. Supreme Court will meet early next month to determine whether to take up a challenge to the 10-year precedent of marriage equality. Last week, the Court indicated that it would hold a private conference on November 7 to confer on a legal challenge to Obergefell v. Hodges, the 2015 case in which the Court ruled in favor of recognizing same-sex marriage across the country.
